Section 45-45-233.28 Release pending trial; conditions; order; notice. (a) Any person in Madison
County charged with an offense, at his or her appearance before a judicial officer, may be
ordered released pending trial on his or her personal recognizance or upon the execution
of an unsecured appearance bond in an amount specified by the judicial officer, unless the
judicial officer determines, in the exercise of his or her discretion, that such a release
will not reasonably assure the appearance of the person as required. When such a determination
is made, the judicial officer shall, either in lieu of or in addition to the above methods
of release, impose the first of the following conditions of release which will reasonably
assure the appearance of the person for trial or, if no single condition gives that assurance,
any combination of the following conditions: (1) Place the person in the custody of a designated

Section 45-37A-51.120 Definitions. (a) The following words, terms, and phrases, wherever used
in this subpart, including this section, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to
them in this section, unless the context plainly indicates otherwise or that a more restricted

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the
sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. (b) Every person transporting
motor fuel in Alabama in a highway vehicle other than in its supply tank shall carry on board
a shipping document issued by the facility where the motor fuel was obtained. The shipping

Section 15-18-179 Application for incorporation; certificate of incorporation; amendment; board
of directors; dissolution; funding; competitive bidding laws not applicable. (a) A public
corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant
to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits.
In order to incorporate the public corporation, any number of natural persons, not less than
three, who are duly qualified electors of a proposed county or counties shall first file a
