Section 45-19-80 Additional fee on civil and criminal cases. In addition to any court costs
and fees now or hereafter authorized, and notwithstanding any other provision of the constitution,
including without limitations Sections 96, 104, and 105 of the Constitution of Alabama of
1901, as amended, there shall be a ten dollar ($10) fee assessed on all civil and criminal
cases filed in the circuit court, district court, or any municipal court in Coosa County.

Section 45-35-81 Additional court costs - Criminal or misdemeanor cases. Any law, whether special,
local, or general to the contrary notwithstanding, in Houston County in addition to all other
costs and charges in any criminal case or misdemeanor case, whose jurisdiction is in the district

Section 45-30-80 Docket fee. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases
in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Franklin County, a docket fee,

County, Alabama, shall be allowed to establish a court cost recovery division for the purpose
