Section 45-40-81.05 Drug cases. In addition to any court costs or fees now or hereafter authorized in Lawrence County, an additional court cost of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be charged and collected in each drug case charged under Article 5, commencing with Section 13A-12-20, of Chapter 12 of Title 13A, by the clerks of the circuit, district, and municipal courts for the county.
