Section 45-2-80.84 Law Library and Judicial Administration Fees. The items of cost referred to above shall be designated in the respective courts as "Law Library and Judicial Administration Fee" and when any part of the costs in such a case or proceeding shall have been paid, the amount necessary for the payment of the fee shall be applied thereto before applying any of the amount paid as costs to any other item of cost. On or before the tenth day of each month the clerk or register of the respective courts shall pay to the Baldwin County Commission the amounts collected for the law library and judicial administration fees previous to the first day of the month.
