Section 45-45-84.01 Salary supplement - Judges of District Court of Madison County. (a) The salaries of each judge of the District Court of Madison County shall be supplemented by the governing body of the county in an amount equal to 30 percent of the salary paid the judges by the state. This supplement shall be paid in the same manner and at the same frequency as supplements paid by the county to circuit court judges. (a) The District Attorney of the 32nd Judicial Circuit, which is composed of Cullman County only, shall appoint a clerical assistant or assistants who shall serve at his or her pleasure. Section 12-1-5 Procedure when bill to increase or decrease number of judges or change boundaries of circuit or district introduced in Legislature.
