Section 45-29-82.02 Supernumerary district attorney. A supernumerary district attorney for the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit granted supernumerary status in the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit after May 17, 2001, shall receive as additional compensation payable from the District Attorney's Fund for the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit an amount equal to 30 percent of the salary paid to the supernumerary district attorney by the state.
