Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CURRENT ADDRESS. A new address different from the address shown on the application or on the certificate of title. The owner, within 30 days after the address is changed from that shown on the application or on the certificate of title, shall notify the department of the change of address in the manner prescribed by the department. (2) DEALER. A person licensed as an automobile or motor vehicle dealer, or travel trailer dealer and engaged regularly in the business of buying, selling, or exchanging motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, trucks, tractors or other character of commercial or industrial motor vehicles, or travel trailers in this state, and having in this state an established place of business. Section 23-2-144 Powers of the authority. (a) The authority shall have the following powers: (1) To adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business. (2) To adopt an official seal and alter the same at pleasure. (3) To maintain a principal office and branch offices at the place or places within the state as it may designate. Section 23-2-146 Grade separations at intersections; relocation of public highways; authority to enter private lands to drill, survey, etc.; relocation, etc., of public utility facilities; procedures; costs. (a) The authority shall have power to construct grade separations at intersections of any toll road, bridge or tunnel project with public highways and to change and adjust the lines and grades of such highways so as to accommodate the same to the design of the grade separation. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact: ARTICLE I. PURPOSES. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or move on any highway in this state any vehicle or vehicles of a size or weight except in accordance with the following: (1) WIDTH.
