Section 45-16-80 Expense allowance for clerk. Commencing October 1, 1985, the circuit clerk
in Coffee County shall be entitled to receive a total expense allowance in an amount which
when added to the salary paid by the state will make the total compensation thirty-three thousand

Section 45-18-60.1 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2014 REGULAR SESSION,

Section 45-28-230.01 Sheriff. (a) Upon the expiration of the present term of office, the Sheriff
of Etowah County shall receive a total salary of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year.

(a) Commencing on May 16, 2008, the Coroner of Blount County shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance in an amount equal to the employer portion of all health care benefits provided
to any other elected official of Blount County to be paid in equal monthly installments out

Section 11-2A-2 Annual compensation of certain local officials. Effective October 1, 2000,
the annual compensation which a county shall pay to a county commissioner, a judge of probate,
