evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise,
shall be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) APPLICANT. A natural person

Section 11-40-19 Operation of hotel and related facilities by Class 1 municipalities and certain
public corporations - Requirements. In addition to all other powers heretofore granted by
law, any Class 1 municipality that owns a civic center, or any public corporation that owns

Section 11-3A-2 Powers for public welfare, health, and safety; authorization; scope. (a) Except
