Section 45-2-112 Designation of fire stations as polling places. In addition to the authority granted in Chapter 46 of Title 11 and Article 1, commencing with Section 17-6-1, of Chapter 6 of Title 17, the Baldwin County Commission or any Baldwin County municipal governing body may designate any fire station whose fire department receives any portion of the tax proceeds derived from Section 45-2-242, as a voting place for any voting precinct, district, center, or ward for elections held in Baldwin County, whether primary, general, or special or federal, state, district, county, or municipal.
