Section 41-9-246 Board of advisors. (a) There is hereby established a Board of Advisors to the Alabama Historical Commission. Said board of advisors shall consist of no less than 15 persons. Section 40-8-1 Classification of property; assessment rate. (a)(1) There is established an advisory committee to be known as the Cahawba Advisory Committee, composed of 16 members, 15 of whom shall be appointed by the Governor.
