Section 20-2-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ADMINISTER. The direct application of a controlled substance, whether by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means, to the body of a patient or research subject by: a. A practitioner or, in his or her presence, his or her authorized agent. b. The patient or research subject at the direction and in the presence of the practitioner. (2) AGENT. An authorized person who acts on behalf of or at the direction of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser. The term does not include a common or contract carrier, public warehouseman, or employee of the carrier or warehouseman. (3) CERTIFYING BOARDS. Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such revenues of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which they shall be authorized to be issued. Any such proceedings may provide that the bonds therein authorized shall be payable solely out of the revenues derived from the operation of any facility or facilities owned by the authority, regardless of the fact that those bonds may have been issued with respect to or for the benefit of a certain facility or facilities of the authority. Section 11-97-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Bonds issued by any corporation may, as its board may deem advisable, be either general obligations of such corporation or limited obligations payable only out of certain specified revenues or assets of such corporation; provided, that any corporation may enter into contracts with the holders of any of its bonds preventing such corporation from thereafter issuing general obligation bonds or limiting the amount of such bonds that may thereafter be issued. Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average weekly earnings per week.
