Section 45-2-171.20 Definitions. For the purposes of this subpart, unless otherwise
indicated, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this
section: (1) "Medically indigent person" means any natural person who is
a resident of Baldwin County and who is ill, injured, and suffering whose condition can be
helped or relieved by treatment in an approved hospital, but is certified as being unable
