Section 45-48-60 Expense allowance. (a) The Coroner of Marshall County shall be entitled to
receive an expense allowance in the amount of one thousand three hundred fifty dollars ($1,350)
per month to be paid from the county general fund. (b) The expense allowance shall be in addition
to any salary now being paid to the coroner, but shall be in lieu of any other expense allowances
heretofore provided by law for the coroner. (c) All payments made by the Marshall County Commission
to the Marshall County Coroner since February 11, 2013, are hereby ratified and approved.

Section 17-8-1 Appointment of election officials; duties. (a) The appointing board, or a majority
of them acting as an appointing board, not more than 20 nor less than 15 days before the holding
of any election in their county, shall appoint from the qualified electors of the respective

Section 11-2A-4 Compensation increases. (a) After August 1, 2016, the local officials covered
by this chapter shall be entitled to receive the same uniform increases in compensation, whether
the uniform increases are based on a percentage of compensation or a flat dollar amount, that
are granted equally to all county employees by the county commission. The increases shall
be in the same amount or percentage, as the case may be, as that amount or percentage increase

Section 45-32-60.02 Additional expense allowance; compensation; mileage allowance; equipment
