Section 45-19-237 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 14, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) For purposes
of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) CREDIT CARD. A line
of credit issued by a domestic lender or credit card bank. (2) DEBIT CARD. A card issued by
a bank in relation to a checking or savings account authorized by law to be expended at the
discretion of the Coosa County Sheriff's Office. (b) To provide for convenience in making
purchases of tangible personal property or services approved by the sheriff, the Sheriff of
Coosa County may establish procedures to make certain purchases through use of a credit or
debit card issued to the Coosa County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff shall adopt written policy

rewards or rebates. (a) For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the

card includes any credit card, charge card, or debit card issued by any bank, foreign lender,

Section 45-37-73.01 Regulation of credit card payments. (a) This section shall apply to any
subject county of the State of Alabama having a population of 500,000 or more according to

any payments made to a county or municipal office, department, agency, board, or commission
may be authorized by the county commission or municipal governing body in which the office,

Section 13A-11-75 Permit to carry pistol in vehicle or concealed on person - Issuance; fee;
revocation; release of information. (a)(1)a. The sheriff of a county, upon the application
of any person residing in that county, within 30 days from receipt of a complete application

vehicle or concealed on or about his or her person within this state for one- to five-year
