Section 45-46-80.01 Additional fees - Delivery of summons and other pleadings. In addition to all court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized, and notwithstanding any other provision of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, including without limitation Sections 96, 104, and 105 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, there shall be a ten dollar ($10) fee assessed on all civil and criminal cases filed in the circuit court or district court and a ten dollar ($10) fee for delivery by the sheriff for all summons and other pleadings filed in all cases in the civil and criminal cases in the circuit court or district court of the county.
