Section 8-15-34 Satisfaction of owner's lien. An owner's lien as provided for a claim which
has become due may be satisfied as follows: (1) No enforcement action shall be taken by the
owner until the occupant has been in default continuously for a period of 30 days. (2) Prior
to taking enforcement action pursuant to this section, the owner shall determine whether a
financing statement has been filed in accordance with Title 7 concerning the property to be
sold or otherwise disposed of, with the Secretary of State, in the county where the self-service
storage facility is located and in the county of the occupant's last known address. (3) After
the occupant has been in default continuously for a period of 30 days, the owner may begin
enforcement action if the occupant has been notified in writing. Said notice shall be delivered
in person or sent by certified or registered mail to the last known address of the occupant.

Section 33-5A-3 Duty. (a) Except as provided in Section 33-5A-5, a person who removes a vessel
pursuant to this chapter shall do all of the following: (1) Give written notice of the removal
to the agency within five calendar days. The notice shall include a complete description of

other personal property are shipped to some point of delivery in this state over two or more
connecting lines of transportation companies, both or all of which are engaged in the business
of a transportation company in the State of Alabama, and such goods, wares and merchandise

Section 6-6-740 Judgment for failure to pay over money collected or deliver personal property
recovered in capacity as attorney. (a) Judgment may, in like manner, be summarily entered
against any attorney-at-law in this state who fails to pay over money collected by him or

Section 3-1-29 Activities relating to fighting of dogs prohibited; punishment; violations;

Section 25-4-134 Procedures for collection of delinquent contribution payments. (a) Generally.
The contributions, interest, and penalties required to be paid under this chapter shall be

Section 40-12-253 Ad valorem taxation of motor vehicles. (a) Effective January 1, 2000, ad
valorem taxes on motor vehicles shall be assessed and the tax collected forward on a current
