(a) In the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Bessemer Division, the elected assistant district attorney of the circuit may appoint 15 deputy district attorneys. The deputy district attorneys appointed pursuant to this section shall be qualified to practice law in the courts of this state, and shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing elected assistant district attorney. Section 45-15-80.08 Solicitor's fee. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Cleburne County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case.
