The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. (a) The tax levied by this part, except as otherwise provided, shall be due and payable to the City of Clayton, the Barbour County Commission, or Department of Revenue, or other collection agent as may be designated by resolution of the city governing body, on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding the month in which the tax accrues.
