Section 45-17-90.03 Bylaws. The board of directors of the authority shall have the authority
to enact bylaws for the organization not inconsistent with this subpart or any law of the

Section 45-8A-21 Anniston City Board of Education. (a) A school board as established by the
City of Anniston, Alabama, shall be called "The Anniston City Board of Education."

Section 16-11-2 Applicability; composition of boards. (a) The provisions of this chapter shall
