Section 45-37A-251.23 Hearing. Within the time specified in the notice, but not more than 14 days from the date the notice is given, any person, firm, or corporation, may file a written request for a hearing before the governing body of the city, together with objections to the finding by the city governing body that there exists a public nuisance.
