Section 45-31-84.07 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) Following the decision of the city attorney to admit the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior to entry, the city attorney and the offender shall enter into a written agreement stating the conditions of the participation of the offender in the program. The agreement shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following: (1) A voluntary waiver of the right of the offender to a speedy trial. (2) An agreement to the tolling, while in the program, of periods of limitations established by statutes or rules of court. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR. Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated in this section. The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state.
