Section 45-41-260.01 Composition of planning commission. The commission shall be composed of 11 members, each of whom shall be a qualified elector in and an actual resident of Lee County. The Lee County Commission members may appoint two members for their respective district and one member shall be appointed by the chair of the county commission. All members shall be appointed by the Lee County Commission and shall serve at the pleasure of the Lee County Commission.
