Section 45-2-232.04 Prior actions ratified. Any actions relating to the operation of a jail
store and a telephone system in the county jail prior to May 21, 1996, are ratified and confirmed.
Any existing proceeds derived from the operation of a jail store and a telephone system in
the county jail prior to May 21, 1996, shall be deposited into the Law Enforcement Fund created

authorized agents of the sheriff may operate a jail canteen and a telephone system for prisoners

all other costs and charges in criminal cases in any court of Cullman County, whether municipal,

Section 45-46A-40 Linden Gas Investment Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby established in the
treasury of the City of Linden, Alabama, in Marengo County, a special investment fund to be
known as the Linden Gas Investment Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the fund. All of
