Section 11-89A-8 Powers of authority; location of facilities of authority. Each person doing business as a transient dealer as defined in this section and who does not pay the privilege license under Section 40-12-73 or the license permit under Section 40-25-19 shall pay an annual license tax to the state of $30. (a) The City of Homewood shall have authority, after notice as provided herein, to move or demolish buildings and structures, or parts of buildings and structures, party walls, and foundations when the same are found by the governing body of the city to be unsafe to the extent of being a public nuisance from any cause.
