Section 45-25-110 Expense allowances for election workers. In DeKalb County, election officials
who work at polling places are entitled to an additional per diem allowance in such an amount
as will, together with any amount paid by the state, make the total paid to such officials
twenty-five dollars ($25) for each day they work at the polls. If the amount paid to such
officials as compensation or expense allowance by the state increases in the future, then
the amount paid by the county under this section shall automatically decrease in like amount.
In addition, the election officials shall be entitled to a mileage allowance at the same rate
as the mileage allowance allowed by state employees. The expense allowances provided for in

Section 45-32-60.02 Additional expense allowance; compensation; mileage allowance; equipment
and supplies; health insurance benefits; fee for death certificates. (a) The Greene County
Commission may provide the Coroner of Greene County with additional expense allowances and

Section 45-45-110.02 Meeting days. (a) The Board of Registrars of Madison County shall meet
at the county courthouse for the purpose of registering voters on the first Monday in each
month, and may also meet an additional 220 days in each calendar year any place in the county

Section 40-6A-5 Support services provided by local governing bodies; compensation of office
personnel; membership in Merit System. The governing bodies of each of the counties of this
state shall provide the tax assessor, tax collector, revenue commissioner, license commissioner
or such other official charged with assessing and collecting ad valorem taxes with such office
personnel, clerks, and deputies, and such quarters, books, stationery, furniture, equipment,
and other such conveniences and supplies as may be necessary for the proper and efficient

Section 45-18-60.1 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2014 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 10, 2014. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) After February
10, 2014, the Coroner of Conecuh County shall receive a total expense allowance in the amount
of six thousand two hundred ninety-three dollars ($6,293) per year, which shall be in lieu
of any other compensation, salary, or expense allowance provided by law. This expense allowance
shall be payable in equal installments from the general fund of the county each month. (b)
All actions taken and payments made to the coroner by the Conecuh County Commission after

Section 17-5-7 Use of excess moneys received; solicitation, etc., of contributions. (a) Except
as provided in subsection (d) and in Section 17-5-7.1, a candidate, public official, or treasurer
