Section 45-29-82 District attorney. The District Attorney of the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit shall receive a five hundred dollar ($500) per month expense allowance to be paid by the district attorney's funds in the two counties of the circuit which do not contribute to the expense allowance of the presiding judge under Section 45-29-80.01. One-half of the district attorney's expense allowance shall be paid by each of the two counties.
