Section 45-15-80.03 County jail building. (a) In Cleburne County, in addition to all other
fees or costs levied, there shall be taxed as costs the sum of five dollars ($5) upon conviction
in any criminal proceeding arising out of the commission of a misdemeanor or felony. The costs
shall be collected in the same manner as other costs in such cases in the respective courts.
(b) All funds generated by this section shall be paid into the General Fund of Cleburne County
and shall be used exclusively for the maintenance and supervision of the county jail building.

with a felony offense, except a violent offense as defined in Section 12-25-32, may file a
petition in the criminal division of the circuit court in the county in which the charges

the offender is approved for the pretrial diversion program. The amount of the assessment
for participation in the program shall be in addition to any court costs or fees and assessments
