Section 45-15-80.10 Additional court costs - Domestic relations cases. (a) In addition to all other costs and charges of court in domestic relations cases filed in the Circuit Court of Cleburne County there shall be levied and assessed an additional court cost of twenty-five dollars ($25). (b)(1) Unless remitted by the court, upon any complaint or petition filed in the circuit court, the clerk of the circuit court shall collect the court costs. The clerk shall retain three dollars ($3) of each of the court costs as an administrative cost. Section 45-15-80.09 Additional court costs - Traffic cases. (a) In addition to any court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized in Cleburne County, the Cleburne County Commission may impose by resolution of the commission an additional fee in an amount not to exceed thirty dollars ($30) to be assessed and taxed as costs on each traffic case filed in the circuit court, district court, or any municipal court in Cleburne County.
