Section 45-16-130.10 Inspection and approval of materials, supplies, etc., prior to payment.
It shall be the further duty of the county engineer to inspect all materials, machinery, equipment,
and supplies, purchased by Coffee County for use on public roads, bridges, and ferries, when
the same is delivered, and the same shall neither be accepted nor paid for without its first
having been approved by him or her and any deviation shall be reported by the engineer to
