Section 27-61-1 Surplus Lines Insurance Multi-State Compliance Compact. (a) All fees hereafter taxed as solicitor's fees and collected as a part of the costs in the circuit court of any county in the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit shall be paid into the county treasury where the fee is imposed and collected, to the credit of a solicitor's fund, to be used and expended by the circuit solicitor as provided in subsection (b). (a) In civil cases in circuit court and district court there shall be collected a fee for the initiation of each of the following postjudgment proceedings: Attachment, garnishment, and execution.
