Section 37-3-32 Fees. In addition to all of the taxes and fees prescribed by law, motor carriers shall pay to the commission under the provisions of this chapter the following: (1) Every application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity or permit under this chapter shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of $100.00. (2) Every application for an amendment of a certificate of public convenience and necessity or permit shall be accompanied by an application fee of $100.00. (3) Every application for transfer of a certificate of public convenience and necessity or permit shall be accompanied by a fee of $25.00. (a) Subject to the appeal provisions allowed under Chapter 2A, the commissioner may suspend or revoke a license issued for the willful and intentional failure of the licensee to comply with this article.
