Section 45-15-80.03 County jail building. (a) In Cleburne County, in addition to all other
fees or costs levied, there shall be taxed as costs the sum of five dollars ($5) upon conviction

Section 45-15-80.07 Additional court costs - Criminal cases. (a) In addition to any court costs
and fees now or hereafter authorized in Cleburne County, the Cleburne County Commission may
impose by resolution of the commission an additional fee in an amount not to exceed thirty

Section 45-33-241 Levy of tax. Pursuant to subsection (f) of Amendment No. 373 to the Constitution
of Alabama of 1901, the Hale County Commission may levy, in addition to any other tax, an

the Municipal Court of the City of Irondale in Jefferson County may assess a prisoner transport
fee against a defendant for expenses incurred in transporting the defendant on an Irondale
