Section 45-15-70 Election of members; commission districts. (a) At the general election to
be held in 2004, and every four years thereafter, a county commissioner for the first and
fourth districts shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the two districts. At
the general election to be held in 2006, and every four years thereafter, a county commissioner
for the second and third districts shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the
two districts. The commissioners shall be nominated and elected by districts and shall not

Section 45-23-72 Election. At the general election for state and county officers to be held

Section 45-7-70 Membership; salaries. (a) The Butler County Commission shall be composed of
five members, elected from single-member districts one through five, inclusive, by the qualified

Commission in 1988 and 1990, the county is hereby divided into four county commission districts
as defined by resolution duly adopted by the Geneva County Commission on July 12, 1976, and

Section 11-3-1 Qualifications of candidates for county commissioner; vacancies; composition
