Section 45-15-70 Election of members; commission districts. (a) At the general election to be held in 2004, and every four years thereafter, a county commissioner for the first and fourth districts shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the two districts. At the general election to be held in 2006, and every four years thereafter, a county commissioner for the second and third districts shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the two districts. The commissioners shall be nominated and elected by districts and shall not be elected by the voters of Cleburne County at large.
