Section 45-24-20.03 Sale of draft or keg beer - Unincorporated areas and municipalities. (a)
This section shall apply only in the unincorporated areas of Dallas County and each municipality
in Dallas County. (b) Draft beer and keg beer may be sold for on-premises consumption by any
retail licensee of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the unincorporated areas of the
county. (c) Each municipality in Dallas County, by ordinance, may authorize the sale of draft
beer and keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises
consumption in the respective municipality. If authorized by a municipal ordinance, each retail
licensee of the municipality may sell or dispense draft beer and keg beer pursuant to the

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement
and administration; penalties; exclusive nature of tax. (a) Levy. In addition to the excise
tax levied by Article 5A of Chapter 3 of this title and the licenses provided for by Chapter
3A of this title and by Section 28-3-194, and any acts amendatory thereof, supplementary thereto

The sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays may be authorized by the city council within the
corporate limits of the City of Ozark in Dale County subject to approval by a referendum as
