Section 45-2-84.04 Payment of court ordered sums. Any eligible person who has been sentenced
to the Baldwin County Community Corrections Center or a program pursuant to this part, granted
probation or whose sentence has been otherwise suspended, and it is conditioned on the payment

a pretrial diversion program established under this division, and the offender's participation
is terminated, as an alternative to the imposition of a prison sentence, an offender who has

wages. (a) Community punishment and corrections funds may be used to develop or expand the
range of community punishments and services at the local level. Community-based programs should
