Section 45-36-80.02 Fee for service of failure to appear warrants. (a) In Jackson County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized, there shall be assessed by the Circuit Court Clerk a one hundred dollars ($100) charge on the service of all failure to appear warrants issued and executed by the Jackson County Sheriff.
