Section 45-13-100.20 Composition; election by districts. (a) The County Board of Education of Clarke County shall consist of five members elected from five single-member school board districts as hereinafter provided. Section 45-13-71 Composition; election by districts. (a) The county commission herein created shall consist of five members, one of whom shall serve as chairman as hereinafter provided. (b) The five members of the commission shall be elected from, be a qualified elector of, and reside in each of five single-member districts within Clarke County as herein defined. Commissioners for Districts 2, 4, and 5 shall run in 1992, and every four years thereafter. Commissioners for Districts 1 and 3 shall run in 1994, and every four years thereafter.
