Section 45-26-80 Juvenile Court Services Fund. (a) In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court cases in Elmore County, a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court. This additional charge shall not be collected on small claims cases. When collected by the clerk of the courts, the additional three dollar ($3) fee shall be remitted monthly to the Juvenile Court Services Fund. (b) In addition to any other costs and charges now provided by law, a monthly supervision fee may be assessed in juvenile court cases at the discretion of the juvenile court judge.
