Section 45-47-10 Disclaimer. (a) This chapter endeavors to add to the Code of Alabama 1975, all Marion County local laws enacted after 1978 and all Marion County prior local laws that were amended or affected by a local law enacted after 1978. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I.
