Section 40-19-4 Taxes payable in monthly installments; returns. The taxes levied under the provisions of this chapter shall be due and payable in monthly installments on or before the fifteenth day of the month next succeeding the month in which the tax accrues. Section 40-2A-11 Civil penalties levied in addition to other penalties provided by law. (a) Failure to timely file return.
