Section 45-5-170.20 Schedule of fees; rules and regulations. (a) The Board of Health of Blount County may fix a schedule of fees which shall cover the actual cost or a portion thereof involved in the performance of services rendered pursuant to the duties, functions, and programs required by law or by regulation or of the county or State Board of Health. Any fee schedule fixed pursuant to this section shall be effective upon approval of the County Commission of Blount County, Alabama. (b) The Blount County Board of Health is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary and proper for the administration of this section. Such regulations shall include but not be limited to the furnishing of services without charge to indigent residents, or persons of the county, and matters pertaining to payment of the fee for personal health services permits and inspections. Section 38-15-6 Fees. (a)(1) The department may charge a fee for the registration. The fee may be set by rule of the department and may be based on the type of facility and the capacity of the facility. After the initial registration approval, the department may charge a renewal fee annually on each anniversary of the effective date of the registration. Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure. (a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule, a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service shall be valid for a period not to exceed 12 calendar months. Section 45-46-242.26 Charge for collection; disposition of funds. The department, or other entity, shall charge Marengo County for collecting the tax levied under this subpart in an amount or percentage of total collections as may be agreed upon by the commissioner, or other entity, and the Marengo County Commission. The charge shall not exceed five percent of the total amount of the tax collected in the county. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. (a)(1) Only county franchised collectors possessing valid permits shall engage in the business of providing solid waste management services to residential property within the county. Fees for such service shall be established by resolution or ordinance of the Mobile County Commission, consistent with the provisions of franchise agreements.
