Section 41-9-880 Creation; composition; meetings; quorum. The Alabama Chiropractors' Hall of Fame Board is hereby created and established. The board shall be composed of the Executive Committee of the Alabama State Chiropractic Association. The board shall meet annually at the office of the Alabama State Chiropractic Association and at such other times and places as its rules and bylaws may prescribe. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Section 11-99A-8 Internal operations of a district. (a) Each board shall have a chair, a secretary, and a treasurer or a secretary-treasurer, and may have a vice-chair and other officers as the board may determine from time to time.
