Section 23-6-2 Purposes of public corporation; supervision of construction by State Department

who comes under investigation by the Department of Human Resources for the abuse or neglect
of a child or children and who is employed by, serves as a volunteer for, holds a license
or certificate for, or is connected with any facility, agency, or home which cares for and
controls any children and which is licensed, approved, or certified by the state, operated

property; property managers; inventories. The Property Inventory Control Division shall establish
a control in the following manner of all nonconsumable state personal property not exempt
under Section 36-16-11. (1) The head of each department or agency of the state shall designate

(a) In Mobile County, upon a finding by the judge of probate that there is no designated mental
health facility as defined by Section 22-52-90, the judge of probate may order that those
certain persons who fall within the provisions of Article 5, commencing with Section 22-52-90,
Chapter 52, Title 22, may be detained at an appropriate public, private, or state mental health
facility within or outside the county subject to the facility's concurrence. (b) In Mobile
