Section 12-5A-10 Operating expenses; inventory of county-owned property; election to

with the approval of the Governor, may from time to time and at any time, issue its docks
facilities revenue bonds in such aggregate principal amounts as the department, with the approval

is authorized to serve as an agent of the state in entering into agreements with any appropriate
agency of the federal government to provide care and treatment for a youth found by a federal
court to be delinquent and committed to the custody of the attorney general of the United

Section 11-29-6 Distribution of fund capital; purposes for which counties may use funds.
The fund capital shall be distributed to the several counties of the state and shall be paid
on April 15 of the fiscal year for which each annual appropriation is made as follows: Part
