Section 35-19-2 Definitions. The following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATIONS. Restrictions or obligations created under this chapter with respect to real property. (2) AGENCY or DEPARTMENT. The Alabama Department of Environmental Management. (3) COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY. The Department of Youth Services shall perform the following: (1) Provide services for youths who have run away from their own communities in this state or from their home communities in other states to this state, and provide such services, care, or cost for the youths as may be required pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact on Juveniles. Section 45-34-83 Southeast Alabama Human Development Council. (a)(1) In Henry County, the Southeast Alabama Human Development Council is hereby established as a nonprofit entity.
