Section 11-58-3 Contents, execution, acknowledgment, filing and recordation of certificate of incorporation. (a) The certificate of incorporation of any corporation organized under this chapter shall state: (1) The name of the corporation, which shall be a name indicating the purpose for which the corporation is organized [e.g., "The Medical Clinic Board for the (County) (City) or (Town) of _____"]. (2) The location of its principal office and the post office address thereof. (3) The period for the duration of the corporation. (If the duration is to be perpetual, this fact should be stated). (4) The objects for which the corporation is organized. (5) Any other provisions not contrary to law which the incorporators choose to insert for the regulation and conduct of the affairs of the corporation. Section 25-4-134 Procedures for collection of delinquent contribution payments. (a) Generally. The contributions, interest, and penalties required to be paid under this chapter shall be a first and prior lien upon all property and rights to property, real or personal, of any employer subject to this chapter. Section 45-25-91 DeKalb County Economic Development Authority. (a) There is created the DeKalb County Economic Development Authority. (a) After a municipal code lien has been recorded with the office of the probate judge of the county in which the real property lies, the Class 2 municipality may identify those properties on which to commence a judicial in rem foreclosure in accordance with this article, except that those properties the Class 2 municipality identifies as owner occupied shall not be subject to judicial in rem foreclosure under this article.
