Section 13A-12-200.8 Property subject to forfeiture for violation of this division; procedures; hearing; forfeiture action; action for money judgment. (a) The following property is subject to forfeiture: (1) All obscene material and material which is harmful to minors used, intended to be used or obtained in violation of the provisions of this division; (2) All moneys, negotiable instruments, and funds used, intended to be used, or obtained in any violation of the provisions of this division; (3) All proceeds or receipts derived from property which is subject to forfeiture pursuant to subdivisions (a)(1) and (a)(2) of this section. (b) Property taken or detained under this section shall not be subject to replevin but is deemed to be in the custody of the state, county or municipal law enforcement agency subject only to the orders and judgment of the court having jurisdiction over the forfeiture proceedings. Section 18-4-5 Additional payments - Dwelling occupied at least 180 days. (a) In addition to payments otherwise authorized by this chapter, the state agency shall make an additional payment not in excess of twenty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($22,500) to any displaced person who is displaced from a dwelling actually owned and occupied by the displaced person for not less than 180 days prior to the initiation of negotiations for the acquisition of the property. Section 37-3-13 Contract carrier permits - Generally. (a) No person shall engage in the business of a contract carrier by motor vehicle in intrastate commerce on any highway of this state unless there is in force with respect to such carrier a permit issued by the commission, authorizing such person to engage in such business. Section 41-16-3 Timely execution of state contracts required. (a) Whenever the State of Alabama is a party to any contract, the contract shall be executed by all parties in a timely fashion. When a party to a contract, other than the state, has fully executed the responsibility under the contract and there remains only the payment of funds by the state, payment shall be made in a timely manner.
