Section 8-19A-11 Denial of license. (a) The division may deny licensure to any applicant who: (1) Has been convicted of racketeering or any offense involving fraud, theft, embezzlement, fraudulent conversion, or misappropriation of property, or any other crime involving moral turpitude. Section 16-27A-7 Contesting a notice of violation; adjudication. (a) No person shall be responsible for payment of a civil fine for a notice of violation issued under this chapter if the operator of the vehicle that is the subject of the notice of violation is adjudicated to have not committed a violation or there is otherwise a lawful determination that no civil penalty may be imposed. Section 22-52-10.9 Order finding defendant insane, mentally incompetent, etc., to be entered into information systems; civil review.
